桥梁伸缩缝安装方法及技术措施：
    首先我们将桥梁伸缩缝用围档,将每道伸缩缝围起来，围档应采取加固措施，保证围档牢固。并派专人看守，严禁任何无关人员进入。为保证伸缩缝的质量,伸缩缝施工采用专业的施工队伍,有经验的操作工进行。首先放出伸缩缝中线，然后划出伸缩缝槽边线。划完线后，沿线两边铺彩条布，用封箱胶带沿所划线将彩条布固定，防止污染油面。使用沥青砼切缝机对铺筑完的路面进行切缝，
“毛勒缝”与两侧路面接缝对齐，开缝深度为8cm，开缝要保证边口完整，无掉齿现象。开槽后两条缝之间的沥青砼路面用风镐凿除，再将所填充的砂石料清除干净，除去木板，用水清除其它杂物，切除完后，相应将彩条布下移，加强保护，防止损坏伸缩缝槽的边角。清理完伸缩缝槽（包括支座周边杂物）后在伸缩缝处填充泡沫板，泡沫板填充要严密。如果槽两边油面不平整，槽宽应加宽，将不平整的油面切除。切除后较少保证槽深8cm。再将先前放倒的预埋钢筋用扳手调整至合适位置，完成后请监理工程师验收。之后,检查Z-80型伸缩缝质量，经检查合格后再入槽安装。
    我们可以使用采用小型龙门架配合手拉葫芦(倒链)吊装,将伸缩缝吊入槽内。用2m直尺找平，保证与路线纵向坡度一致，防止桥头跳车现象，若与纵向坡度不一致，采用千斤顶进行调整。伸缩缝固定用14#槽钢，铅丝吊。严格控制高程，符合要求后，再将伸缩缝装置与预埋筋焊接，采用对称焊接，注意钢筋的安装操作顺序。焊接时严格按照总监办下发文件执行。严禁在“毛勒缝”的型钢上焊接。焊接后，开锁时间安排在气温20℃±5℃，在上午或下午进行，否则进行温度修正。解锁后进行混凝土浇筑，完成后请监理工程师验收。
我们对于混凝土采用的是阻锈钢纤维混凝土。浇筑时，严格控制砼面高程，抹面时可比设计高程高1-2 mm，最后在收浆时再抹平。浇筑砼时，伸缩缝中间塞苯板，上面用封箱胶带贴死。严禁污染伸缩缝面。砼采用C50W6F200阻锈钢纤维砼，控制水灰比，塌落度6-8cm，一次浇筑完成，用50振捣棒振捣至密实。浇筑完硬化后及时进行养生，用无纺布覆盖，及时洒水，保证湿度大于90%。养生期间封锁交通，时间**过7天，并达到设计强度。

正因为桥梁伸缩缝质量对于桥梁整体结构会产生较大的影响，因此，在桥梁伸缩缝施工过程中必须加强管理，保证桥梁伸缩缝的质量。

加强伸缩缝施工过程控制

在桥梁施工中，应注意与伸缩缝安装有关的预埋、预留，做到安装准确，焊接牢固；安装较好选择设计宽度所对应温度时进行；

安装前要彻底清理桥端缝隙中的杂物，槽口清理尺寸要够，冲洗要干净。要注意焊接顺序，焊接长度应满足规范要求；

应采用快凝高强膨胀混凝土，可以抵消锚固混凝土形成强度过程中产生的收缩裂缝，提高混凝土抗振抗渗的密实度；

混凝土浇筑应连续进行，小功率振捣密实，混凝土浇筑后覆盖洒水养护7d达到强度后再开放交通。
